Marketing Your Property
Telluride Real Estate Corporation has the largest marketing budget of any agency in the region. In 2001, the Corporation and its brokers spent over $300,000 marketing our listed properties and our image. This service is at NO COST to you.
Because we strive for the highest quality, Christie's Great Estates has presented us with the Achievement for Marketing Excellence award. We will market your property in the following manner:
- Your property will be listed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) which is published bi-monthly and distributed to all area brokers. The MLS also provides a computer program which is updated daily and accessible to all area brokers.

- Your property will be presented to all local brokerages at their staff meetings and there will be personal distribution of marketing materials.
|
- We will handle all showings and host open houses for brokers, clients, and the public. Direct mail pieces will also be sent out to potential buyers.

- Your property will be included in The Collection, our beautiful full-color, glossy magazine containing regional and listing information. Each year, 30,000 copies are distributed in front of our six offices and in the Telluride and Montrose airports. The Collection will also be sent out in various mailings.

- All of our properties are advertised in the Telluride Weekly Planet on a rotation basis. Ouray County properties are also advertised by rotation in The Ouray County Plaindealer and The Ridgway Sun. Some brokers also run ads in the Telluride Daily Planet, the Telluride Watch, and out of town newspapers to showcase their listings.

In 2002, we advertised in Estates West, Colorado Expressions, Western Sojourner, Western Style, Telluride Style, and Telluride Magazine, to name a few. We also advertised in the Telluride Visitor's Guide and the Ouray County Summer Guide. Many of these publications are distributed locally and nationally, in shops, restaurants, hotel rooms, visitor's centers, newsstands.
